Our website ecopowerquip.com (collectively, the "Site") and related online or mobile services (collectively, the "Services") are intended for business and individual customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

All categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
The Company expressly disclaims liability for any unauthorized disclosure of personal information resulting from third-party breaches outside our reasonable control.
6. SMS / Text-Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the following terms:
Brand: Eco Power Equipment
Opt-In Confirmation: You will receive a welcome text confirming your subscription.
Keywords: Text HELP for assistance. Text STOP to cancel at any time.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Privacy: Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See Section 5 above.
If you text STOP, we will send a single final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect other communications from the Company.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues or device compatibility.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
